I process and send out orders personally, usually within just a few hours. If your order comes in overnight, please allow up to 12 hours for me to prepare and send your file. You'll receive an email with your download link, including the file in both PDF and JPEG format, ready to print at 300 DPI.

If you purchased an original painting

I'll personally reach out to you within 24 hours to arrange packaging and shipping details. Your painting will be carefully packed and shipped with tracked delivery.
